Your partner in evolution.

Proven and flexible. Experienced and innovative. Tech-driven and people-powered. When it comes to turning customer data into actionable insight, Walker thrives on "and." We don't choose between leading technology or organizational expertise. We do both.

In practice, that means bringing customer sentiment into the data cloud, where it reaches the business—and the AI systems running it. Getting there starts with understanding exactly where each client stands.

The right fit
from the very start.

Every client has their own challenges. That's why we tailor our approach from the very first discovery call. We listen to our clients’ challenges, realities and goals. We partner with tech owners and business outcome owners. We strategize to close gaps and drive business outcomes.

The tech that speeds evolution.

Experience management has always aimed to influence business decisions. But turning customer intelligence signals into action meant connecting  them with the rest of the business.

Historically, the tech to do that at scale didn’t exist—until the data cloud entered the picture.

All data types—
unified in one system.

The data cloud solves an age-old problem: connecting, normalizing and governing  structured and unstructured data efficiently, at scale.

Data shapes decisions. Graphic showing operational and behavioral data sitting separatley from the experience data which is needed to shape decisions with confidence.

The new problem?

Data cloud teams aren’t prioritizing experience data—so it’s being left out of the data cloud.

Closing that gap takes customer intelligence expertise and experience with unstructured data. That's what Walker was built to do.

Move from listening—to driving impact.

We haven't stopped doing the listening work. We're just doing it with a specific end state in mind: business decisions activated in the cloud,  not sentiment sitting apart from them.

Curious how to move your program from listening to real action?

Here's where we start.

01

Discover

Business problem first. We map data sets, identify use cases and define the implementation plan.

  • Diagnose business problem(s)
  • Identify top use case(s)
  • Map data set
  • Design data architecture and system integration
  • Create implementation plan
02

Prove

One use case. One segment. Real results. We deploy a working pilot—access and governance in place—to prove value fast.

  • Build single use case pilot
  • Integrate systems
  • Custom engineering
  • Set up access and governance
  • Validate pilot results
03

Scale

The pilot becomes the foundation—use cases expand horizontally and vertically. A phased expansion roadmap and continuous improvement carry it forward.

  • Program management
  • Analyze business impact/ROI
  • Support change management
  • Staff augmentation

A team built for your business.

Every Walker client gets a designated team of full-service specialists: lifelong scholars in the science of change. We work together to guide our clients through every question, step and process from day one to day whenever.

Whatever “it” is,
let’s do it.

Smarter. Faster. More productive. No matter the goal, Walker helps businesses get there.

It starts with making sense of the data: turning numbers into stories, stories into insights, insights into next steps. Then, we put smart, goal-focused plans in motion. Our stockpile of experts and resources builds up clients’ teams whenever—and however—they need.

01

Financial impact

Defend the accounts at risk. Grow the ones with opportunity. Protect revenue. And expand it.

02

Operational efficiency

Spend less time chasing the wrong problems, and more time fixing the ones actually costing you money.

03

Data-driven decisions

You need AI to do better work, faster. And AI needs context. We make sure autonomous agents have all the data they need to act correctly.

04

Retention + satisfaction

Customers and employees have plenty to say. Catch a relationship weakening before it becomes churn—early enough to make it right, not just apologize for it later.

Frequently asked questions

I want to learn more about working with Walker. What's the next step?

The first step is to reach out via our website, and then we'll connect you with a member of our sales team. Your sales rep will reach out for an introductory 30-minute call to tell you more about Walker—and learn more about you, too. Here's what to expect on that first call:

  • We'll ask about your business and current situation.
  • We'll get a sense of your current listening architectures and what's working for you so far.
  • We'll learn about your goals, and which business outcomes you're trying to impact.
  • We'll talk about the systems and internal owners that house your customer data.

If it makes sense to move forward, we'll set up additional discovery calls to get even more information. At the end of that discovery, we'll put together a proposal and work with you to fine-tune our recommendations. Once the contract is signed, we hit the ground running—usually within a week.

You put a lot of emphasis on the data cloud. Does this replace my listening program—existing tools and dashboards?

No. Your listening program and however you're reporting on it today—Qualtrics, dashboards, whatever tools you're already using—stay exactly where they are. What changes is what happens next: we connect what your listening program captures to the operational and behavioral data already living in your data cloud, so that signal becomes one input feeding real decisions instead of sitting in a report on its own.

What if we're not sure we even have a data cloud, or what access would look like? Or we use something other than Snowflake or Databricks?

That's a common starting point, not a blocker. We can help you figure out what's already there and, if necessary, what's worth standing up—guided by your goals rather than a one-size-fits-all recommendation. And where it makes sense, we can prove value before you commit to new infrastructure at all, by running an early pilot inside our own environment, so you see results before making a bigger platform decision. If you're already on a different data cloud platform—BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric or something else—tell us. Snowflake and Databricks are where we've built the deepest expertise, but the approach isn't locked to only those two.

Are we locked into a bigger program after our data cloud pilot?

No. Our Discover, Prove, Scale approach is scoped to show value through one use case and one segment on its own. What happens after the pilot is entirely your call. We'd rather earn a bigger conversation with results than assume one from the start.

What's an average project timeline?

Every engagement is scoped to the client, but our standard shape is a 4-week sprint to prove the first use case, followed by a 6–12 week build. From there, we scale based on what that first result earns.

What if our operational data belongs to another team, or they're not ready to share it yet?

That's a common and legitimate obstacle, and we don't ask you to resolve it before we start. Other teams are often concerned about who has access and how their data gets used, and that's fair. So we begin with one proof of concept: one table, read access, one use case, built in a separate workspace that never touches production—enough evidence of value before anyone has to commit further or navigate internal hurdles.

What are Walker's ongoing support offerings?

Most of our clients contract with us via a deliverables model with a defined scope of work, but we also offer ongoing support, including retainer hours and staff augmentation—full-time or part-time Walker resources that operate as an extension of your team.

What resources will Walker need from my company?

For a data cloud pilot, the ask is intentionally light: one business owner to keep the use case anchored, and read access to a handful of sources rather than your entire environment. Beyond that, we'll need someone from your data team for a few hours a week to provide example data files and a data dictionary, help us troubleshoot data connections as we clean and test, and participate in user acceptance testing before anything goes live.
