"I could not do my job without my Walker partners.
Our dedicated support, as well as every specialist, cares deeply about our business, knows our nuances, and takes into consideration the longer-term outcomes and impacts of what we are trying to accomplish rather than just answer 'the question'."
The best outcomes need the best tools behind them.
Customer intelligence is only as valuable as the people—or agents—it reaches so that the right decisions get made. That means experience data must live in the environments where those humans and agents are determining what to do next.
We've been clients' partner in change for 85+ years, helping them turn customer understanding into real business impact. Throughout our history, the tools that guide that principle have changed—meeting the needs of the market. Agents will not be optional for the future of business. The future of XM is in the data cloud.
DATA CLOUD
As a certified Snowflake and Databricks Consulting Partner, we bring clients into the next era of customer intelligence—one driven by clean, connected and consistently governed data that's ready for humans and machines alike.
CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE
While our data cloud partnerships make acting on customer signals more accessible than ever, the foundational work of gathering experience insights remains essential to getting there. We're a Qualtrics Platinum Consulting Partner and 2026 North American Partner of the Year.
Here's how we bring change to life.

Frequently asked questions
What platforms does Walker work with?
What platforms does Walker work with?
We're a Snowflake and Databricks Consulting Partner, and a Qualtrics Platinum Consulting Partner—those are our formal partnerships, and where we do our deepest work. But through that work, we've become familiar with hundreds of SaaS applications, and we frequently work with clients whose data lives in homegrown, legacy technology. In short: we've seen it all. No data challenge is too messy or too scattered for our team. Most client use cases end up having 10+ systems to map.
Regardless of source or complexity, our process doesn't change based on what we find: the same regimented approach to defining data sets, establishing data dictionaries and building the architecture and models behind the semantic layer applies no matter the platform. If your situation doesn't map neatly onto our formal partnerships, tell us about it—we'll figure out the right approach together.
You put a lot of emphasis on the data cloud. Does this replace my listening program—existing tools and dashboards?
You put a lot of emphasis on the data cloud. Does this replace my listening program—existing tools and dashboards?
No. Your listening program and however you're reporting on it today—Qualtrics, dashboards, whatever tools you're already using—stay exactly where they are. What changes is what happens next: we connect what your listening program captures to the operational and behavioral data already living in your data cloud, so that signal becomes one input feeding real decisions instead of sitting in a report on its own.
What if we're not sure we even have a data cloud, or what access would look like? Or we use something other than Snowflake or Databricks?
What if we're not sure we even have a data cloud, or what access would look like? Or we use something other than Snowflake or Databricks?
That's a common starting point, not a blocker. We can help you figure out what's already there and, if necessary, what's worth standing up—guided by your goals rather than a one-size-fits-all recommendation. And where it makes sense, we can prove value before you commit to new infrastructure at all, by running an early pilot inside our own environment, so you see results before making a bigger platform decision. If you're already on a different data cloud platform—BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric or something else—tell us. Snowflake and Databricks are where we've built the deepest expertise, but the approach isn't locked to only those two.
What if our operational data belongs to another team, or they're not ready to share it yet?
What if our operational data belongs to another team, or they're not ready to share it yet?
That's a common and legitimate obstacle, and we don't ask you to resolve it before we start. Other teams are often concerned about who has access and how their data gets used, and that's fair. So we begin with one proof of concept: one table, read access, one use case, built in a separate workspace that never touches production—enough evidence of value before anyone has to commit further or navigate internal hurdles.
What resources will Walker need from my company?
What resources will Walker need from my company?
For a data cloud pilot, the ask is intentionally light: one business owner to keep the use case anchored, and read access to a handful of sources rather than your entire environment. Beyond that, we'll need someone from your data team for a few hours a week to provide example data files and a data dictionary, help us troubleshoot data connections as we clean and test, and participate in user acceptance testing before anything goes live.
How does Walker approach data privacy and security?
How does Walker approach data privacy and security?
We take data privacy and security seriously with every client. Walker complies with all industry laws and regulations, including global data privacy regulations, and any work inside your data cloud is governed by your own access and security policies—nothing moves outside them. We're also qualified to support clients who leverage Qualtrics' FedRAMP solution. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
